Please take a few minutes this weekend to login to Charms (www.charmsoffice.com) and look at the information that we have for you in our database. If you have never visited Charms or it's been awhile since you've visited, please see the instructions below.
HOW TO LOGIN:
Visit www.charmsoffice.com
Locate “ENTER/LOGIN” in the upper right hand corner
Select “Parents/Students/Members”
Use the School Code: RICHLANDHSBAND
At this point, you are in the “Public” area of Charms
To login for individual student information, you will need to enter a user created password
If this is your first time entering Charms, your password is your students ID #
Following your first visit, Charms will require you create a new individual password
THINGS TO DO IN CHARMS:
The following can be completed in Charms:
Update First and Last Name
Add/Update Home Address
Add/Update Phone Numbers
Add/Update Email
Add/Update Parent and/or Guardian Information
See Student Financial Statements
Make Credit Card Payments for Band Fees, Trip Payments, Etc.
Without correct information the band directors have no access to you or your student if an emergency takes place!
Please take the time to update/add your information! It’s extremely important!
